The problem
Frontline teams need to report what happened, find the right instructions and keep up with shift updates. Too often that means software built around forms rather than the work itself.
What I’m building
FieldTie lets staff talk through a shift. It writes the report, asks for anything missing and sends it to the right people. The same experience covers sign-on and sign-off, site knowledge with cited answers from SOPs, and reports exported in each client’s own format.
The approach
Start with what the person actually said. Ask only the questions that close a real gap. Keep the person in control of what gets submitted, and make the next step obvious in the middle of a shift.
