The problem

When an incident, allegation, audit or regulatory request arises, the evidence already exists across the business, but pulling it together safely is slow and risky.

What I’m building

Telha sits inside the customer’s environment and continuously organises records, communications and metadata. An approved mandate opens a controlled workspace where the authorised team collects evidence, reconstructs the timeline and produces a defensible brief.

The principle

In by default, out by sign-off. Nothing is searchable without a mandate, investigators see only the approved slice for as long as it is approved, and AI assistance runs inside the boundary.
