FolioFlow — Custodian Data Integrator

The problem

Wealth-management operations depend on information from many custodians. Each source brings its own formats and conventions, which makes consistent downstream processing difficult.

What I did

I conceptualised, named and branded FolioFlow, architected the solution and stood up the proof of concept that validated the approach. From there I led the team that took it into production.

How it works

Every run moves through the same three stages: import, transformation and export. Each stage reports its timing, warnings, errors and validations, so operations teams can see exactly what happened and trust what goes downstream.
